Frequently Asked Questions

It is recommended to get your boat serviced after each ride to ensure that it looks good and that contamainats that cause corrosion are removed. 

• Uncover and Clear Out Your Stuff: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle. We can’t be responsible for anything left behind.
• Leave the Keys:  If you are receiving an engine flush, the kets are required. 
• Safe Space: Make sure the spot where we’ll be working is safe and easy to get to. This will help us do our jobs better and keep everyone safe.
• Utility Access: We’ll need a water source, an electrical outlet, and good lighting.
• Be Around: Unless we’ve made other plans, please be home to let us access your vehicle.
• Pet Safety: It's important to keep your pets secured and away from the work area. This is for their safety and ours.

The preferred payment method is to pre-pay via the field app. If you prefer to pay via a different method, please request it from the technician, we can't make any promises, but we will see what we can do.
